We are looking for dynamic women who would like to help women succeed in business by coordinating and hosting
WBCA networking events in their communities. This is an opportunity to run a part time business form your home
or office or add to an existing business. The benefits for business owners include, the opportunity to grow

leadership skills and to make a positive impact on their communities. As an WBCA Accredited Coordinator
you are in business for yourself but not by yourself.

Accredited Coordinators are at the forefront of WBCA networking support and membership retail efforts, and are one of
the principal links to our ever-growing number of members.
As a WBCA Accredited Coordinator, you will work with WBCA as a "business partner" and have the peace of mind knowing
that you are working with a reputable and established brand name. The WBCA Accredited Coordinator status gives
you the opportunity to have your own business or add value to an existing business.
Please note that WBCA Accreditation is a status awarded to an individual, not to a company.

If you want to be a WBCA Accredited Coordinator, we ask that:

You have a deep commitment, knowledge of, and interest in women's issues.
- You believe in an abundance mentality, i.e., there is a big pie out there, not
just a thin slice to share.
- You have overcome, or want to overcome, the tendency for women to
compete with each other.
- You realise that being a WBCA Accredited Coordinator is just a stepping
stone to other incredible things.

The responsibilities include:
- Conducting a WBCA Networking event in your community at least eight times a year.
- Attending the Accredited Training Course.
- Participating in ongoing training including how to grow your business as well as topics on how to grow yourself as a leader in your community.
- Being a very active participant in the WBCA community, including the online community. You ARE a leader, that means being present and active.

Applying for the Course
Prior to attending the Accreditation course, each prospective Coordinator must complete
and return the Pre-Questionnaire. This ensures each individual has the required level of
experience and competency before training commences.
Once you complete and return the Pre-Questionnaire, it will be reviewed and you will be
contacted in due course to confirm whether or not you will be accepted into the
Accreditation Course.
If accepted your attendance at the nominated course will be confirmed with you,
and you will need to forward the completed application form and Accredited Coordinator
Terms of Trade agreement.
Once received, your completed application form will be processed and confirmation
of your attendance will then be given.
Please note: Successful completion of the Pre-Questionnaire is not a confirmation of your
acceptance into the Accreditation Course. Other issues such as the need for coordinators
in certain areas may preclude us from accepting applicants.
Once the pre-accreditation questionnaire is completed, your application to attend
the course will be processed.
Complete the training Accreditation Course
Investment $650.00 (including GST) per person must be paid prior to
commencing training.
The three day training course will consist of training in Womens Business Centra Australia
Products and services as well as sessions on Event Management Techniques,
Marketing and other business skills to ensure that together we can make the
most of our new business relationship.
During the Accredited Coordinator course you need to undertake practical assessments
as well as complete an Accreditation Assessment.
WBCA will mark your assessment and notify you of your result for each module you have
completed training in.
The skills you will learn will enable you to confidently progress from trainee
to Accredited Coordinator and a good understanding of WBCA core business products
and services.
On completion of the course you will have prepared a detailed plan for your first event.
We will provide you everything you need to get your business off the ground.
Sign the Agreement
Finally, prior to being accepted as a Accredited Coordinator, you will need to sign the
Accredited Coordinator Terms of Trade Agreement.
Ongoing Commitment
Maintaining your Accreditation
Once you become an Accredited Coordinator you will be required to maintain
your accreditation.
Annual membership fees for accredited Coordinators are currently $1100 per annum
Accredited Coordinators must also fulfil our Continuing Professional Development
requirements each year.
Benefits
Re-Accreditation gives each Coordinator the opportunity to confidently and
competently meet the needs of their clients in the marketplace.
Accredited Coordinator certificates will be issued each year.
Continuing receipt of the Accredited Coordinator benefits outlined above.
Additional Product Accreditation
As mentioned above, accreditation is initially provided in the core business
products and services of WBCA from time to time opportunities will arise for
accreditation in new training initiatives and opportunities.
The costs:
Initial Accreditation Training $650.00
Monthly licensing cost $120.00 per month or $1100. per annum

1. Is this a full-time position or part-time? Is this position paid?
Neither the WBCA Coordinator is a business opportunity to work as an independent
Contractor with WBCA.
2. How do I make money?
You pay WBCA a administrative fee every month,
But you keep the revenues from the events and meetings you hold.
We pay you a monthly commission on memberships and products that you sell.
3 Do I get any support?
We provide you with administrative and marketing support and training opportunities.
4 Do I have to live in a Capital City?
No our aim to have representative in all business communities throughout
Australia - However at this stage training is conducting in capital cities in all states.
5. What are some of the benefits of being a WBCA Accredited Coordinator?
