All products are shipped via Australia Post or Australia Post Express, some items are not available for express post.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated on weight and displayed during checkout.

Returns

We will accept returns and offer refund or exchange up to 14 days after you receive your order. Products returned to us for refund or exchange must be in their original condition and must be accompanied by proof-of-purchase (tax invoice). Books including CD ROMs or floppy disks can not be returned if the disks` seals have been broken.

Initial delivery charges will only be refunded if the products you are returning are not the products you ordered; that is, if you received the product as a result of our error.

Products received as a gift may only be returned for exchange.

Please wrap the products securely, enclose your original tax invoice, and return the goods to:
